Dr. Iris Palmer, PhD spent 15 years in global corporate leadership, was a direct line manager of 22+ direct reports, managing and leading up to 100-120 multifunctional teams across multiple high-stake global projects in top 10 global corporations in Pharma, Biotech, and CRO.

She has sat in the rooms where promotion decisions are made. She has watched which names get called and understood exactly why. And she spent 8.5 years being the most capable, yet invisible to the right decision makers in her own organisation before she decoded the system that changed everything.
